By using our website, you agree to abide by the following General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our platform.

  • Provider: refers to the third parties organising and offering the excursions or tourist activities.
  • Services: refers to the intermediary function provided by LeisureGranCanaria.com, connecting users with providers.

2. Purpose of the service

LeisureGranCanaria.com acts exclusively as a referral site (intermediary) between users and travel agency platforms and/or ticketing companies. The site allows users to search, get information and access to book activities offered by independent providers. LeisureGranCanaria.com is NOT responsible for the organisation, implementation or quality of the activities, as the service contract is established directly between the user and the contracted service provider.

3. User Registrations

To access certain functionalities of the platform (access to specific guides, adjustment of the platform in terms of your interests marked in the registration), you may need to register by creating an account. By registering, you accept:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your username and password confidential.
  • Report any unauthorised use of your account to us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

When you access a reservation you are accessing one of the travel agencies and/or digital platforms for international ticket sales of which we are a partner, all the reservations you make are made in a serious company and without added costs (they do not carry any kind of commission to the user). We assume no responsibility for the quality, performance or execution of the activities offered by the suppliers, nor for any damage or loss that may arise from the performance of such activities. Complaints related to the service provided should be addressed directly to the supplier with whom the tourist offer has been developed.

8. Prices and payments

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to the use of the platform or the services contracted, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
